Engineering Intelligent Industry

Every plant already produces the data it needs. We build the automation, connectivity and AI that turn it into decisions your operation can act on.

01

Engineering expertise

Deep industrial automation experience across diverse process and discrete industries.

02

Practical innovation

Technology chosen because it moves a business number, not because it is new.

03

Vendor-neutral

No platform allegiance. The right technology for your plant and your constraints.

04

End-to-end delivery

From assessment and design through commissioning, training and lifecycle support.

Who we are

Technology alone does not create value.

INOVIQ Technologies is an industrial intelligence company. We help organisations modernise operations through automation, digital transformation and AI-enabled industrial solutions.

We sit between two worlds that rarely speak the same language — the plant floor and the data centre — and we are fluent in both.

Vision

The region's most trusted industrial intelligence partner

To enable manufacturers across the Middle East to reach world-class operational performance through engineering excellence and digital innovation.

Mission

Solutions measured in productivity, quality, safety and sustainability

We design, integrate and deliver intelligent industrial systems — and we hold them to the numbers they were meant to move.

The transformation challenge

What we hear on
every plant visit

01 Legacy equipment and systems Assets that still run well, on controls no one supports any more.
02 Limited operational visibility Data exists on the line, but never reaches the people deciding.
03 Increasing productivity pressure More output expected from the same footprint and headcount.
04 Decisions made on instinct Experience carries the plant, but it does not scale or transfer.
05 Sustainability now has a number Energy and waste have moved from reporting line to operating target.

Capability framework

Four capabilities,
one delivery team

Most plants do not need all four at once. They need the right one started properly, and the others ready when the first one proves out.

Reliable, efficient operations built on control systems that engineers can actually maintain.

  • 01PLC, SCADA and control systems
  • 02Automation modernisation and migration
  • 03Robotics integration
  • 04Industrial system integration
Field device Controller SCADA Stable line

Connecting assets, systems and data so the plant floor and the business see the same picture.

  • 01Industrial IoT
  • 02OT and IT integration
  • 03Manufacturing intelligence
  • 04Digital factory solutions
Asset Edge Platform Shared view

Artificial intelligence pointed at problems the plant already knows it has.

  • 01Machine vision and inspection
  • 02Predictive maintenance
  • 03Process optimisation
  • 04Advanced analytics
History Model Signal Early warning

The engineering support that decides whether a transformation survives its first year.

  • 01Consulting and assessments
  • 02Engineering design
  • 03Implementation and commissioning
  • 04Training and support

How we work

Four stages, in order

We do not start with a platform decision. We start by understanding what the operation is actually losing, and where.

Stage 01

Assess

Walk the floor. Map current operations, constraints and the opportunities worth pursuing first.

Stage 02

Design

Develop a practical transformation solution scoped to your budget, skills and shutdown windows.

Stage 03

Implement

Integrate systems and technologies, commission on site, and prove the result against the baseline.

Stage 04

Optimise

Keep improving performance after handover, with your team holding the controls.

Industries we serve

Where we are
focusing first

01Metals & Manufacturing Heavy assets, hard tolerances, expensive downtime.
02Food & Beverage Traceability, hygiene and changeover speed under audit.
03Process Industries Continuous operations where control quality is the product.
04Utilities Distributed assets, remote sites, uptime obligations.
/05Logistics & Warehousing Throughput, routing and automation that has to scale in season.

Our differentiation

We are neither an automation
vendor nor an IT company

Industrial Engineering
Digital Intelligence
01

Industrial first

We understand process constraints before we propose a technology.

02

Digital capability

Modern data, integration and AI engineering — not bolted on.

03

Outcome focus

Scoped to a business number agreed before the work starts.

04

Vendor-neutral

No quota to fill, so the recommendation stays honest.

/05

End-to-end

One accountable team from assessment through support.

Founder

“The vision is a connected enterprise — one that measurably improves performance, efficiency and sustainability.”

Pankaj Shrivastava has spent more than thirty years in industrial automation, and has worked it from every side — the plant floor, the system integrator, and the technology vendor.

He began as an instrumentation and controls engineer at a large fertiliser plant in India: five years on the operating side of a continuous process, where instrumentation either holds or the plant does not run. He then moved to the UAE as an automation project manager with a regional system integrator, delivering projects inside other people's operations and under other people's constraints.

The twenty-six years that followed were spent at Rockwell Automation, most recently as Director of Software, Control and Intelligent Devices — leading a team of domain experts across the Middle East, Turkey and Africa and delivering sustained year-on-year growth. The work covered the full breadth of the modern industrial stack: Industry 4.0 architectures, Industrial IoT, analytics and AI, process control, IT/OT convergence, SCADA, discrete automation and industrial SaaS.

It spanned discrete, process and hybrid applications — aluminium smelters, oil and gas, water, district cooling, rail, infrastructure, general manufacturing, and food and beverage, where continuous process meets discrete packaging. The constraints governing a smelter are not the constraints governing a bottling line, and knowing the difference is most of the job.

Alongside delivery he built the commercial infrastructure that regional industrial technology depends on — defining go-to-market strategy, establishing the ecosystem of distributors and system integrators across META, and working with strategic account teams on long-horizon plans for key regional and global customers.

He founded INOVIQ Technologies to bring that perspective to manufacturers without a product line attached. Having been the customer, the integrator and the vendor in turn, he knows which technologies genuinely earn their cost and which simply sell well — and INOVIQ exists to apply that judgement from the customer's side of the table.
